Global sourcing
We look beyond a single source.
We explore suitable fruit origins and sourcing options for your requirement. Season, origin, quality, market conditions and order details determine what is possible.
How sourcing works
Five steps, agreed in order.
Each step settles part of the order. Nothing is finalised until every line below has been agreed with you.
Step 1: Requirement received
You share the fruit, quantity, destination, timeline and any grade or packaging needs.
Share as much or as little as you know. A fruit name and a rough quantity is enough to start.
- Fruit
- Quantity
- Destination
- Timeline
- Grade or packaging needs
Step 2: Origin and availability checked
We review which origins and supply options are realistic for the season and your requirement.
Season, origin and market conditions decide what is realistic. We say so plainly.
- Origin
- Supply options
- Season
Step 3: Specification and quantity discussed
Variety, size or count, grade, packaging and volumes are agreed in detail.
- Variety
- Size or count
- Grade
- Packaging
- Volumes
Step 4: Quotation and terms shared
Pricing, payment terms and logistics are set out for your review.
- Pricing
- Payment terms
- Logistics
Step 5: Order and logistics confirmed
The order is finalised only once specifications, quantity, pricing, payment and delivery are agreed.

Before an order
Origins and specifications, confirmed with you
Origin, variety, grade and packaging depend on what is available for the season. We confirm these with you during the specification step, before a quotation is shared.
- Specifications are agreed before a quotation is shared.
- Pricing, payment terms and logistics are agreed before an order is finalised.
- If a fruit is not listed, you can still ask us to explore it.
Working principles
How we work with buyers and suppliers.
- 01
A global sourcing approach
We look beyond a single local source to explore suitable fruit origins and sourcing options.
- 02
Business-focused communication
We discuss your product, quantity, quality and delivery requirements before proposing a supply arrangement.
- 03
Flexible product enquiries
Enquire about listed fruit, or share a requirement for a fruit not shown on the site.
- 04
Bulk and repeat-order discussions
One-time bulk enquiries and recurring procurement discussions are both welcome.
- 05
Clear order confirmation
Specifications, quantity, pricing, payment terms and logistics are agreed before an order is finalised.
- 06
A partnership mindset
We aim to build long-term relationships with buyers and suppliers where the terms suit both sides.
Next step
Start with your requirement.
Tell us the fruit, quantity, destination and timeline. We review every business enquiry and reply with what is possible for the season.
